The Ocean Virtual Art Residency is excited to share it has been endorsed as an Ocean Decade activity!

For five weeks, JW Lynn participated in an art residency provided by MOKU Art Studio and MANGO Residencia para Artistas to collaborate, create, and learn with other international artists and scientists to bring ocean awareness into our artworks. During this residency, JW created Debris in the Drink, a 3D creative reuse artwork that makes a statement about our relationship between marine debris and the health and beauty of our oceans.

This is the first artwork by JW Lynn that is almost 100% creative reuse, having created the artwork solely through sourcing from discarded and found materials.

On April 29th, 2025, JW presented her creative reuse art process during the open studio. All works by the international artists are now available for online viewing for the next six months.

This page is under construction and will be updated with details about the virtual exhibition soon.
